Inspection and Measurement

Elite has independent inspection and measurement institutions, and equipped with full-time measurement engineers and personnel for inspection, measurement and precision measurement. There are inspection and measurement equipment, like Brinell hardness machine, Vickers hardness machine, Rockwell hardness machine, special testing tooling, torsion equipment, torsion testing equipment, gear testing center, general measuring tools, special measuring tools, electronic tensile tester, angle Testing, universal tool microscope, three coordinates, etc.to complete several testing requirements, such as, product hardness testing, elastic testing, fracture toughness testing, casting testing (tensile strength, hardness, metallographic), torsion coefficient, worm wheel accuracy, worm accuracy, gear shaft accuracy, dimension, welding penetration, welding strength (crushing), collapse force testing, phase angle, static torsion strength, expansion force etc.

Quality management

Based on the implementation of IATF16949 standard, Elite leading-in the QSB+, VDA 6.3/6.5 and other system standards. To improve the quality from the aspects of advanced planning, APQP, process control, quality quick response, 8D and PDCA.
