Employees follow the principle of "three-by-two compliance": work according to documents, process, instruction, labor discipline and process discipline. In production, every drawing and page of technical data should be taken seriously and carefully. The requirements of national, industrial and corporate standards should be strictly observed. Every working procedure should be strengthened according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949 quality management system. We should pay close attention to quality management on the spot, strengthen supervision from the aspects of execution rate of process discipline, labor discipline and production time limit, implement the implementation of post responsibility system, and put an end to hidden dangers of various quality accidents. There are no major quality incidents in February, and the execution rate of process discipline is 100%.

Innovation and Improvement, Elimination of Hidden Dangers and Increasing Benefits 

Put PDCA TQM activities into practice. Combining with normalized improvement work, two improvement proposals are submitted every month. They continuously pursue better, faster and higher goals in terms of process streamlining, efficiency reduction and quality improvement. In terms of productivity improvement, the effect is obvious, mainly reflected in the ECU04 series. By means of optimization of process tooling, personnel skills and equipment functions, the output of ECU04 assembly line has been increased from more than 500 units to 650 units without increasing equipment and personnel. Now it has been realized.

The company's brushless platform project TDF110/110A has feedback PCBA assembly problems many times since its mass production. The rationalization suggestions are put forward to improve the assembly performance of the lower board of ECU04, reduce two installation holes to enhance the strength of the lower board, eliminate the hidden quality danger of the controller breaking under high current, and the controller of ECU04 drifts because of zero drift. Instability leads to failure mode of controller in other factories, and helps research institutes to tackle key problems together. Finally, it is found that the precision of patch resistance is too low, which leads to large performance flicker. After replacing high-precision resistance, hidden quality hazards are eliminated. Through continuous optimization, the quality of current ECU04 series has been improved from 96% to 98%, and the current quality has been improved from 96% to 98%. The quantity is basically stable, and the failure rate of zero kilometer in the factory is less than 100 ppm.
