There are no earth-shaking heroic deeds, nor touching stories. She is only an extremely ordinary employee of Elite, who works in ordinary jobs. But she devotes her youth to this ordinary position with her extraordinary working attitude, thoughts and extraordinary learning spirit. She is Chen Yisi, the system engineer of our Quality Assurance Department.

In July 2017, Ms. Chen joined Zhuzhou Elite Electro Mechanical Co., Ltd. She was assigned to practice in the company's assembly workshop. Compared with the past, there is a big gap. She was the "apple of the eye" of her parents and the white-collar worker of her previous company. Suddenly, she was arranged in a harsh environment, and her heart was in a bad state. However, she did not break up because of this, instead down-to-earth, as an opportunity to understand the company and products. It is because of her positive attitude and unremitting efforts that she naturally won the recognition of the company - formally turned into system management.

As most of our colleagues, she is not familiar with the company's process, but she is willing to spend time, to use psychological understanding and learning, which is the achievement of today's "mastery" of the system. When all the other girls went out on dates and shopping, she chose to stay in the company and work overtime. The most difficult time for system management is in the second half of 2018 when all the other two system managers left their jobs. The system affairs that should have been undertaken by three people all fell on the shoulders of one person. I think most people, in the face of such a situation, have little to complain and retreat. Of course, her "ordinary person" had the same idea of retreat, but the idea had not yet grown, she had strangled it in the cradle, a person bravely provoked the beam of system management.

In this difficult half year, she has completed more than 20 revisions of documents and ten internal and external audits by herself. The problems she has checked are counted by hundreds. She issued nearly 200 claim forms, claiming more than 5 million RMB from suppliers, in order to protect the company’s interest maximumly. It has also conducted many training for the company, such as VDA 6.3, QSB+, various management documents and so on.

It is precisely because such a bright and upward girl selflessly dedicates her best years, so that the whole system works orderly and smoothly forward. May this beautiful girl, as always, achieve her yearning work and a good life in the future!
