The tooling technical team of the Engineering Technology Department is an excellent and efficient team led by Director Wu Longyun. Under its leadership are three experienced tooling designers, Song Xinhua, Zhang Fangqun and Tan Qing. The entire technical team is responsible for their respective duties, complementary to each other, diligently studying and jointly tackling key problems.

As the director of the department, Wu Longyun set an example and influenced the whole technical team with his words and deeds, infected the members and formed a good cohesion in the team. In his work, he actively thought and dared to innovate, and put forward many new ideas of technological improvement and tooling design. He not only exercised his own quality, but also accumulated achievements and experience in team building and development. In many tight time and urgent tasks, it overcomes many technical and professional constraints, gives full play to collective wisdom, forms an effective division of labor in search, organization, analysis and sorting, completes the tasks assigned by the company with quality and quantity, and is praised by the leaders of the company.

The core of the team is dedication. Engineer Song, the most senior member of the team, is responsible for the design of most measuring tools, cutting tools, measuring tools and some complex tooling. Engineer Zhang and Engineer Tan are responsible for the design of tooling for each production line of the company. Just a few months since 2019, the tooling technical team has designed 84 sets of tooling fixtures, 6 sets of measuring tools and 8 sets of measuring tools, which are all applicable to the various processing lines of the workshop, and designed five types of packing boxes. Whether in the office or in the first-line production workshop, their busy figure can saw frequently.

Due to every member of the team has different age structure, professional level and technical ability, difficult and task are shown all the time. Team cooperation can often stimulate the incredible potential of the group, and the results of collective cooperation can often exceed the sum of individual performance of members. It is the so-called " A united team is unconquerable".
